aspire2 has chosen a platform that will allow us to use online payments as part of the services we offer. After testing many options, we have chosen to use Teamo while also acknowledging that teamo has already been tested and proven as an effective tool and used within some WRFC age groups.

Teamo gives us a secure database and managed email system via an interactive app that we will use to manage the clinic. It also includes a full age group management facility to help us manage players, availability, social events, payments and more. We will offer full training to those parents who wish to help set up and use Teamo.

To help with GDPR, there is also Safeguarding support for our juniors built into the app with Guardians linked to under 18 players and cc'd on all communications. Please note; that a Guardian must register any player under 18. Guardians can add more than one child or adult to their profile, so you only need one profile for a family.

Teamo will also handle the clinic's COVID-19 requirements with a contactless QR-based check-in system associated with each session if required.

Teamo works via your mobile number, so there are no passwords to remember etc. Someone may already have a teamo account for another sporting team. This is not a problem, and you can register for as many clubs are you wish and swap easily between clubs. Help is available for anyone who might need it in setting up more than one club.
